Works great if you’re feeling backed up. Great cleansing product. If you have a sensitive belly take only one the first time to see how you feel. I took 2 the first time and had belly pain but it did go away when the pills started working (if ya know what I mean).

Works , but it’s awful
Definitely clears you out, but make sure you are really close to a bathroom. Made me feel sick , stomach hurt. But it does clear it all out

This stuff WORKS!!
So after reading all the reviews, I decided to fully send it and started with 2 capsules around bedtime (the recommended dose) right away.Within 5 hours of taking it, I started getting stomach cramps and was able to go to the bathroom. My only mistake here is that I should have taken it slightly earlier in the evening, because the wave hit me after midnight and it kept me up for a bit.Day 2, I took another 2 capsules around 5pm, and by 10pm I was able to go again.If you need help going or want a little colon cleanse, this stuff is the truth and it WORKS.The cramps wont be fun but they don’t last very long, the stool can be loose, and a LOT will come out- but it works. I lost 3lbs of bloat in 2 days.

Be careful!!!!
BE CAREFUL!!! I have an issue with constipation and thought this product would work. First dose worked great and a week out I took another dose and ended up going to the ER for sever hydration and diarrhea hasn’t stopped and I’m on day 6 of diarrhea and throwing up!!

This IS a laxative
Dispite what the description states as this is not a laxative.IT IS.2 of the key ingredients are considered laxatives. Be sure you are prepared, have a toilet near by.I took 1 pill and in about 12 hrs it hit.Ya sure it removed a lot. BUT it says not a laxative

DANG Trust These Reviews!
I bought these after reading many reviews on varying sites. I was looking for some bloating relief.I took 1 pill at 7PM and by 10PM I was already feeling it (twice!)!! There was slight cramping but that was to be expected as all of the reviews had mentioned it.I typically don't leave reviews but I just had to this time because of how this product actual works. I woke up this morning and I feel less bloated and generally just better.Recommendations: Just take 1 pill, packaging says 2 but that would be WAY to much, definitely drink water before and after you take the pill, and be close to a bathroom. BUY these and you wont regret it!
