This is our first water dispenser purchase and we are very happy with it. After reading the negative reviews I was skeptical, but after using our dispenser for over a month we are happy. Since most of the complaints were about the loudness, we decided not to plug our dispenser in. We still have access to the water, just not to hot or cold (room temp only, which is fine for us).

I was skeptical, considering the price point I bought this at, it's been about a year since I bought it and it works wonderfully! Good quality, cools and heats well. Functions perfectly for what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

Always making sound in living room that can be heard from the rooms . But works well for water cooling

I bought this water dispenser from Amazon just 1 year and 4 months ago, and now the hot water output pipe is leaking badly. A product like this should last much longer. What’s even worse is the customer care experience — instead of offering a solution, they told me I need to pay to fix their mistake. It’s extremely frustrating to spend good money on a product only to be blamed when it fails shortly after the warranty. I would not recommend this dispenser or this brand to anyone.
