** updating review for customer serviceold review-Hello All..I agree to few points i.e. yes, this product is durable. Yes, this product is actually light weight. And, Yes, this is very easy to use small portable heater (although I would not say it as heater).Ideally, this is supposed to throw heat (hot air) when turned on and should control the temperature and must turn the room or area where placed heat but instead this is throwing cold air.. C'mmon.. the description of the product is heater 900W/1500W and how can it blow cold air? Is it really heater or is it cooler? How can I rely on this? I kept the level on fast (max) and speed as II still cold air.. very badnew review-I tried to contact seller but I did not get response at first for many months and later seller must be going through each reviews and contacted me and offered a replacement. I really appreciated their service even after many months. I am going to try replacement device now and check if that is working fine or not.

I thought this product was broken as it wouldnt work when placed on a flat surface and turned on. I had a friend realize that the safety mechanism which is on the bottom of the heater was too short to be triggered when placed on a flat surface (this is to turn off the device if it accidently gets knocked over for safety reasons) the only way to make this turn on is to tape down the trigger. Its a very pointless design as now the safety function will not work if my cat knocks it over and I have it on since I had to disable that to make it work at all.

Wonderful heater. Puts off great heat for a large room, has multiple settings plus just a fan setting, and the tip over safety feature works perfectly. Feel safe with this heater in my home, whereas others scare me sometimes. Well made and works great.

Very hot if you are too close. Warms my space quickly. Very quiet. Auto off button on the bottom works great on a rug over wood floors. A little tricky on plush carpet. I got it to work by pushing the button in with my finger and then pushing the heater down onto the carpet while it is turned on.

Don't buy this piece of crap 😠. It hasn't even been a year since I bought this thing for my office that I work at 3 days a week for 7 hrs I bought it on 9/4/2019. Today is 7/8/2020 and it now longer blows warm air.

The heater does not heat we’ll enough. I have a similar heater of the same size and it heats out entire 26 foot camper quickly. This unit does not throw heat well at all.

I bought this portable heater because it has been getting cold lately. I like how this heater heats up fast and it heats up the whole room in no time. There is a fan built in the heater than helps distribute the heat through the room. I got the black one so that it wouldn’t stick out

Heater is either too hot or not quite hot enough. I purchased this for under my desk at work. It is extremely quiet (which isn’t a plus for me, as I enjoy white/brown noise) and compact. If you’re looking for a small heater to do a big and quiet job, I definitely recommend.
