Clear Modem Series G

Power supply bad, but I had another one... Clear would not activate because they said unit was registered to another account and I would have to contact them to release the account and there was a past due bill. MUch talking to the supervisor with clear and because I was already a commercial account they agreed to activate the device.Went like this,,, no can do... then can do if you pay the past due and the device is ours so you need to pay us for it... to you pay the past due... then finally we will turn it on due to you already having an account with us. So I figure this was a lease modem that was under lease when it was sold along with a past due bill against it. Worked out ok for me but others may not be so lucky. (unit was also beat up, obviously well used and abused).Make your own decisions to buy this product from Amazon
