We purchased and received the Pamapic 5 Pieces Wicker Patio Furniture Set the end of July, in two boxes about two days apart. The second box, the largest, was partially torn open along two sides. Thankfully, the edges of the furniture along the edge of the torn box looked okay. However, after opening up the box we found there was an unfinished corner on the top front of the Ottoman, this was a manufacturing defect. The grey rattan wasn't fully weaved or tucked and finished off professionally, exposing the metal frame.We emailed Pamapic Customer Service, and Zoey responded immediately. Zoey provided 'extraordinary customer service' in regards to our purchase of Pamapic products. Her timely and considerate accommodations to resolve our manufacturing defect issue was superb. We were very satisfied with the swift and helpful actions to resolve this situation by Pamapic.The patio set is very nice! Thank you

These chairs are beautiful. Unfortunately, they have a multitude of ways to pack them in the boxes. When we received our 2 cartons, we received all the parts listed on the pa king lists, it not all the parts needed to assemble two complete chairs. It took several weeks to actually received the correct parts. We were missing a back and a seat for one chair ( not cushion, but the wicker parts). Once a replacement carton was received, it didn’t contain either of those pieces and we had to repack and return that carton. Then we had to wait for a completely different carton to arrive and it comtained everything needed to complete one chair and ottoman. The service representative we worked with was wonderful, but it is still frustrating to not get all the parts in the initial delivery. That’s said, the chairs are small, but so am I. I love the way they look on my patio. Worth the wait once we got the right parts

Update..I'm even more furious after trying to find replacement cushions. These are custom sizes and cannot find anything to fit. I did find these exact cushions online and they don't cost anymore than $40.Disappointed!! I bought this set because I bought a sectional from them a few years ago and loved it. Still in great shape cushions are still good. I put this set together and have only been sitting on it occasionally since last night. These cushions are cheap, horrible and uncomfortable. I would have sent it back but my husband already threw the boxes away. Do your self a favor and spend a little more for better cushions. It will cost at least another $200 to replace the cushions. This set is worse than a $200 Walmart set. I even bought it when it was on sale.

We love these chairs. They are amazing for the price. Pretty easy to follow instructions. They are light enough to move around our sun porch but sturdy enough to lounge out in. We had excellent customer service experience. FedEx lost part of our order and the amazing team at Pamapic were right on helping us and resolving the issue.

Since writing the review the seller and manufacturer have reached out to correct the problem. I appreciate their customer service response. The set is very nice quality. I am satisfied with how this was handled.One chair base/back doesn’t screw in to hold together. Contacted seller and followed all of their instructions. Now waiting “parts” to fix it. Frustrated after over a week and can’t use the set.
