Soothing and peaceful, this passionflower tea is definitely my go-to brew when I need a cup of calm. Passionflower tea does take a bit of getting used to on the taste side, but it's worth it for the relaxing effects it can have on anxiety.Many people with systemic candida can tell you that the senseless, fear-based anxiety that comes with candida's signature cloudy head can be crippling. Confusion, worry, and memory lapses create a sensory storm inside the mind that can feel like an endless spiral towards negativity, and often things meant to calm you down simply end up making you groggy, adding a panicky fuel to the brain-fog fire.Luckily, passionflower doesn't seem to have the same effect on cognition that perhaps valerian or skullcap may have on you. Everyone reacts differently, so it's always best to try and be sure for yourself, but many people (myself included) feel that the gentler nature of passionflower is effective against anxiety without being too aggressive. Using diet to battle the candida, I've reduced any anxiety symptoms down to a bare minimum, but it's great to have the Alvita passionflower tea on hand for when and if I need it.

OMG a cup, or even a half cup, at night helps me sleep til dawn. Anyone should try if you struggle to stay asleep. Tastes like nothing; not delicious, but definitely no offensive or bad. Good value. Thanks Pharmapacks!

Very delicious tea and beneficial for your health.

I used this tea in the early afternoon. It had been a particularly stressful day.It helped tremendously. It would not have been giftable because the box got crushed in the mail.

Wasn’t sure about the taste, but after a few sips it gets better. Not a strong scent, which is something i enjoy with my nighttime tea ritual. But the claim of reducing stress, relaxation and sleep improvement are spot on. When i was done with my cup I already started relaxing. And last night was one of the best nights of sleep that I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will try again tonight.

I’ve purchased this product in the stores previously and had great results with restful sleep however, this product I’ve used all of 4 to 5 times and it is definitely not the same quality herbal tea that I’ve used in the past. The taste is extremely strong like a traditional black tea with an aftertaste, and not the smooth and mild taste of an herbal tea the First night drinking it I was up all night. I had heart palpitations throughout the next day as I am caffeine sensitive. extremely disappointed And do not trust the seller. This was a waste of money.

Has no flavor

My wife loves tea and read great reviews on Alvita. She checked around and Amazon had it considerably lower than anyone else she found. She loves the tast and it is now one of her go to's!
