Not bad for the price, I was surprised!
Yay! Now we can take that favorite DVD they can't stop watching all the time at home, and mommy gets to listen to it in the car now! Yay...... But for real, quality feels flimsy but it's not! Super light weight, excellent picture quality and sound level from both screens. Install took about 3 minutes and we were good to roll out. Also super easy to swap around in cars. It's held up to my 3 back seat 2-5 year olds abuse and demands over which movie to play. The remote is what sells this thing though. Honestly way easier than memorizing buttons and switches for every time you get in and out of your car. Love the dual screens. A little tucking away and the cords were cleaned up and hidden well enough. Overall 1 month later of ownership I'll now curse myself and say all is well. Knock on wood!

Easy instal, zip tie cords together so it reduces the messiness.
There are a number of pros, and only a few cons to these. I found that the installation was much easier than I anticipated. So the cords are cut and dry. Two cords connecting the two screens together. The AV cord and the output cord. Don’t mix them up for the holes, because if you can’t get the slave screen to bring a picture in. You have the yellow tipped cord plugged into the wrong hole and flip it to the top one. The bracket instal kit is super nice and sturdy... if you don’t have kids in car seats... if you have kids in car seats completely skip the mounting bracket and use the straps. I have pictured both the mounting bracket and the strap install. If you use the mounting bracket with car seats. The child’s feet will be too close to the screen and you run the risk of them kicking the screen. So we did the mounting strap. I have a Ford Expedition, and I was able to have the screen on the back of my passenger seat, and it did reach to the back of the second row seat, so my rear facing child can see. We bought these screens for our Wisconsin Dells trip, and they worked slick. I do wish they had a wireless option. But for the price point I can’t complain. We did zip tie the two cords and the car charger together. Because in reality we will always have the car charger plugged in while watching so it made sense. Zip tying the cords together eliminated the mess and reduced my child from playing and pulling at cords.Batteries for the remote are not included. You will need 2 AAA batteries. Sound quality is very loud to very quiet. Picture quality is average for a portable DVD player. Like I said, don’t bother with the mounting bracket if you have kids in car seats, it will be two low, even though it’s an easy instal and to take off, just don’t wast your time.

DOA. UPDATE: They Fixed The Problem
Original, 1 star review: Remote control (which is pretty much needed for everything, from volume, to whatever else) doesn't work. It was DOA. I have contacted the manufacturer but have yet to hear back. I'm happy to change my review if this problem can be solved.UPDATE: I heard back from the manufacturer and they were able to send a working remote. The system now works as it should. This DVD player has a bright screen, intuitive controls, and a remote as well.PROS:-Bright Screen-Two Screens-All Cables / Adapters Included-Does what it claims to do.-Can be attached with a permanent clip, or a "temporary" Velcro strap (which we are using in a more permanent fashion).-Screens have built-in speakers-Screens have built-in batteriesCONS:-Volume can only be adjusted through the remote. No remote = no on-screen volume control. Don't lose the remote!-Even at the loudest volumes, the player is fairly quiet.-Outputting the sound to the AUX cable didn't exactly solve the issue. For refence, we normally listen to our radio somewhere in the 12-28 volume setting on our radio. Again, as a reference, this range will cover everything from quiet music to wanting to hear louder music at highway speeds. The DVD player needed to be at a volume of 55-63(MAX) in order to be heard! Now, we could hear it, but man that's a lot of volume needed to hear the DVDs! I'm not used to turning my radio up to such levels.-The built-in speakers are worthless at highway speeds (see above comments about speaker volume). They might be good for sitting on the couch or a quiet, local drive. The volume issues were enough to give this 4 stars instead of 5. Look, the DVD player is fine. It works. You can hear it so long as you have an AUX cord to your car speakers and crank it way up. If you have an aux cord for your car, I would recommend this product. If you do not have an AUX cord to your car speakers, I would recommend you look elsewhere.Final Note: I got an email from the seller stating that they 1) apologize for the remote issue, and 2) asking for an Amazon review. They offered me a bag for the DVD player in the same email. It wasn't clear to me if the bag was in exchange for a review, or if it was an apology for the remote issue, but for full disclosure you should know where I stand here. My review was not swayed by the free bag (which I have not yet received).

Great value, easy to setup!
I got this DVD player and extra screen hours before our road trip and was very pleased that everything worked right out of the box. I have had no problems playing the DVDs or using a USB thumb drive to play movies I had saved on the computer. I didn't try different file types, but the first one I tried worked perfectly. The sound and picture quality are great and everything was easy to navigate. My only complaint is that some functionality, and specifically volume, is controlled by the remote or through navigating the menus. The remote was a bit finicky while we were driving and life would have been much easier if each screen had its own volume knob.Otherwise - I am very pleased with these. They seem to be robust, easy to use, and kept the kids entertained for hours!

Defective
I purchased the warranty for this item. I am still in the window for my warranty as the player will not stay shut and does not work. I have to use a chip clip to hold it shut. The warranty told me to contact the seller, there are no options to contact the seller. Amazon had me reach out to the manufacturer now as they can't help. I did that and the email address is a non deliverable one they provided to Amazon. Terrible experience and it looks like I am just out of luck even though I am under warranty. Don't buy this product.
